Apply now for you diplomatic tax-free fuel card in Spain!

Available to all organizations and individuals entitled to a Tax-Free fuel quota in Spain.
New customers need to complete a Forax Application form and a Customs form. Please fill in an application form per invoice centre and request customs endorsement for each vehicle.

Forax will create your new Forax-CEPSA tax-free fuel card right after we’ve received:
– your signed application form
– approval of your fuel quota (‘Alta’) from Foreign Affairs / Customs
